Getting started

The merchant panel is where you manage products, 3D models, and try-on settings if you’re on WooCommerce, BigCommerce, or a custom storefront. On Shopify, try-on is managed from your Shopify admin instead, not this panel.

Go to the signup page and fill in your name, email, password, and business name. We generate a store slug from your business name automatically — you can edit it as long as it’s still available. This slug is how your storefront’s install snippet finds your shop, so pick something you’re happy keeping.

Two ways to get back in:

  • Email and password — the usual.
  • Magic link — enter your email on the sign-in page and we’ll email you a one-click sign-in link. It expires after 15 minutes, so request a fresh one if it’s gone stale.

From Products, click Add Product and fill in:

  • Title — the handle (URL slug) is generated from this automatically.
  • Category — eyewear, watch, shoes, jewelry, clothes, bag, or luggage. This drives which try-on experience is available and how our AI understands the product, so pick the closest match.
  • Images — upload a few clean product photos.

Saving takes you to the product page, where you choose a try-on mode — Real-time AR or AI Swap — and turn try-on on. See Products for the details of each mode.

Once a product is enabled and ready, go to Install Widget in the sidebar. It lists every active product with a ready-to-copy script tag, plus the “Try On” button snippet to drop onto your product pages. Full walkthrough: Widget & preview.
